POE 3.8 Ascendant - Ice Crash & Frostbite Build - Uber Elder Build

INTRO:
In POE 3.8, This build focuses on boss killing, mainly Uber Elder, tanking most of the damage with lots of leeches. In this build guide, I'd like to share my Scion build using Ice Crash. This build can clear maps fast, deal with insane damage, and is tanky. Overall, this build is very strong, and I can recommend it to anyone who has some currency. The main idea is to be super tanky and faceroll everything in your way without having to dodge almost anything. No boss is too hard, most are too easy. All maps with most any mods are a joke. I've been using this build to do 40/40 challenges on my own merit in many leagues, this is my go-to build to get things done.

+ Damage is reasonable
+ Good dps
+ Alot of crit multi
+ SSF Friendly.
+ Super fun to play
- Heavy flask usage
- Mines aren't for everyone
- Needs build enabling items
