POE 3.7 Most Popular Tornado Shot Deadeye Build

Image
This build is Deadeye most popular Tornado Shot build. It's extremely fast, with Mirage Archer clearing everything for you; extremely powerful, with all the Bosses down even when optimized for maximum Movement Speed; and budget-friendly, as you can easily farm high Tier Maps with just 5-linked Tempest Bow. This  Deadeye build balances both "bow" and "summoner" aspects by attacking with Tornado Shot, Clones and Sentinels to deal pure physical damage. The majority of utility skills are triggered through Asenath's Chant, while clones are automatically summoned through Maloney's Mechanism. With major changes to Passive Skill Tree introduced in Patch 3.7, making an Elemental Bow build is much easier. Both Master Fletcher and King of the Hill now apply their bonuses to ALL types of Bows instead of just Physical ones.  Pros & Cons: + insane clear speed + high single-target DPS + can do all content + can reach over 200% increased Movement Speed

POE 3.7 Chieftain - Most Popular Cyclone Build - Friendly Budget League

Image
This seems like a fun build to play. This is a Chieftain Cyclone CWC Blade Vortex(BV) build. The concept is to get BV stacks started by using cyclone while still moving. It also uses Vaal RF for boss fights. You can use regular righteous fire as needed and just use a life flask with "of dousing: to end the effect so you don't kill yourself with fire. This build focuses on the easily accessible life nodes and uses a staff. This build is mostly writing it to get feedback on how the build should grow, or make it better. I think it's pretty solid as is, at 1.3M DPS 6k Life (Could be more) and 90% Physical reduction. Pros & Cons: + High damage resist + Good league starter + Cheap to start off with - A slower moving build - Need elder items for decent life leech  - Not as high of area of effect as pure cyclone build, but can easily adjust this build for more area of effect  Ascendancy: 1. Ngamahu 2. Hinekora  3. Tasalio 4. Ramako Bandits: Kill all. P

POE 3.7 Pathfinder - Toxic Rain - Friendly Budget League Starter

Image
Toxic rain didn't change in 3.7, but the tree got much more damage, at least 20% more damage total! Toxic rain is stronger than before, and this build is here to show you how. This build is just a mixing up of all the best things PF and TR have to offer. You can realistically expect a nice leveler for a low budget and an Uber Elder Killer with less than 10-12 exalts mid-league. Why not use Herald of Agony? HoA is increasingly better the more mana reservation it has. But even with a 6L, it cannot compare in terms of a number of hits to the 4 totems for withering touch. Also, the spore duration allows an area to keep doing damage even if the enemy moves because you create a floor mantle of spores around enemies. Also, while with HoA you have an autonomous source of damage besides your character, with the 4 totems you have 2 autonomous sources, which can be useful for things like Breach, and for keeping a constant flow of damage while you move around. What about Caustic Arrow

POE 3.7 Trickster Most Popular - Essence Drain+Ban - Best Clear Speed Budget

Image
This build is ED+Bane Build on 3.7 Legion Content since this is currently the second most popular skill for the league. As everyone figured would be the case, this skill combo absolutely wrecks the league mechanic. It's not quite as strong in the multiple army emblem encounters as it is in the map monoliths, but combined with being a strong/cheap league starter, it's a great all-around choice. Pros & Cons: + High Damage Output + Fast Playstyle + The best clear speed for Legion league + Can start with a very low budget  + Can do any map with any mods - Positioning is key and can be annoying at times - Gem Slot Starved - Can be expensive Ascendancy: 1. Patient Reaper 2. Ghost Dance 3. Escape Artist 4. Prolonged Pain Bandits: Kill All for 2 Passive Points Pantheons: Major God - Soul of Lunaris Minor God - Soul of Gruthkul or Soul of Ryslatha Gems Setup: Weapon Essence Drain - Controlled Destruction - Swift Affliction - Efficacy - Empower - Void

POE 3.7 Slayer - Scourge Arrow Phys to Cold Crit - League Start Budget

Image
This is a Scourge Arrow Slayer build that focuses on stacking physical, cold and elemental damage. I currently have 60% Phys to cold conversion and enough DPS to melt down all content. Pros & Cons: + No Uniques required for the build to work, therefore works as a league starter + Clear all content including new Legion encounters + Engaging gameplay with Scourge Arrow + Possible to add Vaal Rain of Arrows for even faster clear + High chance to evade/dodge + Freeze - Can't do no leech or ele reflect maps - Low on life, can sacrifice dmg nodes for extra life if needed - It's not a Worb zoom zoom build Ascendancy: - Endless Hunger - Brutal Fervour - Headsman - Overwhelm Bandits: Help Alira for extra res and crit multi Pantheons: Major God - Soul of Lunaris Minor God - Soul of Gruthul Gems Setup: Single Target/legion tough boys Scourge Arrow - Added Cold Damage - Hypothermia - Elemental Damage with Attacks - Mirage Archer - Infused Channeling C

POE 3.7 Slayer - Elemental Hit, Hitman - Budget League Starter

Image
This an Elemental Hit slayer build focused on being both a cheap league starter well suited for Legion mechanics. While also having the ability to scale into a high damage endgame boss killer. Pros & Cons: + Very high damage for very low investment. + Strong clear with good movement speed. + Scales to over 4 million single targets DPS. + Easy to play.  - No Ele reflect immunity. - Doesn't use too many new shiny toys. - Damage ultimately caps out based on gem levels. - Requires manual dodging/guard usage. Ascendancy: - Overwhelm - Headsman - Endless Hunger - Brutal Fervour Bandits: "Kill All" for the +2 skill points while using RT Pantheons: Major God - Soul of Arakaali Minor God - Soul of Shakari Gems Setup: Single Target: Elemental Hit - Combustion - Damage on Full Life - Elemental Damage with Attacks Single Target: Elemental Hit - Mirage Archer - Greater Multiple Projectiles - Damage on Full Life - Elemental Damage with Attacks -

POE 3.7 Slayer - Crit Cleave, Perfect All Rounder League Start Budget

Image
This build is based around the Melee AOE skill Cleave and is played using the Slayer ascendancy for Duelist.  While Slayer is strong this build has quite a few growing pains while going through Act 10 and Early Maps. If you are experiencing you can probably pull this off SSF however in my experience I found the Uniques I bought (very common ones) were a savior in transitioning to maps. Using Winter Spirit we convert 40% of our Physical Damage to Cold Damage so that we can shatter and freeze enemies easier. Alongside Herald of Ice, this will give us huge clear speed which is the premise of the build. On the tree we stack fat attack speed, fat dual wields mods and fat critical strike chance, giving us the ideal Cleave machine. Not only that but we go with ridiculous AoE cause why not. I chose Slayer as thanks to 3.7 almost every one of his Ascendancy points is insane, and we have easy access to quality of life things such as big crit chance, life leech and up to 50% Increased Area
